Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book or receive services from Swift Tyre Rescue via swifttyrerescue.co.uk, phone 020 3355 8082, WhatsApp, or email info@swifttyrerescue.co.uk.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide (location, vehicle, tyre size, fault). If the on-site situation differs materially, we will explain any change before proceeding. You may decline and we will not carry out additional chargeable work without agreement.
Attendance
Arrival windows are estimates affected by traffic, weather and prior jobs. We will update you when delays arise. You must provide a safe place to work and accurate access information (gates, height bars, private land rules).
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with your quote. Work may be paused if agreed payment is not completed. Title in goods (such as new tyres) may remain with us until paid in full.
Safety
We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe (for example live motorway hard shoulder without a safe alternative). We will not fit or repair a tyre in a way we consider illegal or dangerous.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the specific job, except where prohibited.

Content on swifttyrerescue.co.uk is for general information. Service availability in a listed town depends on capacity at the time of booking.
